Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days, however we strive to fulfill your order within 24 hours. 

Shipping times may vary depending on method chosen and fulfilment time. Shipping is free over $100. If the order is less than $100, it is a flat $20.

Missing your package?
If your package has been marked delivered by the carrier you will need to call/make a claim online with the Canada Post.
They may have made an error and your package will be re-directed in a couple days. Be sure to check the community mailbox and if they have left you a key for the larger compartments, check with neighbours as well.
Please send your case number and details of your order to info@loveallma.com and we will also initiate a case on our end.
Should they deem the package lost we may be able to confirm new shipping details and re-ship your order, however Allma & Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and reserves the right to not replace the package.

Refund policy

We want nothing more than for you to love our products as much as we do. If for some reason you don’t, we DO want to help you.

We cannot accept returns for any products that have been used or opened, please read through the following to see if any apply to you.

Damaged items: Unfortunately this can happen, although rare, that your package is damaged in transit, please email info@loveallma.com with a photo. We will replace the product as soon as we can.
Missing or incorrect item: uh oh! We apologize! If you are missing an item or received the wrong item please contact us at info@loveallma.com and include your order number. We will get this handled for you!
Cancel or change order: Dang! Made a mistake? No worries, as long as the item hasn't shipped. We can cancel, change your order or correct the shipping address. Please email info@loveallma.com with your order number and request and we will handle the rest.
Exchanging Products: Wrong item? All good. To make an exchange the exterior shipping packaging must be unopened. We are then able to provide a return label and make the exchange. Please note that there will be an additional charge for return labels. Send your request along with your order number to info@loveallma.com
*including a photo is always appreciated! Sometimes, we may need you to send us a photo for verification, before we are able to refund or replace your order. Thanks!
